It is with sincere regret that we write to inform you that SKY Medical will be ceasing operations on 31 March 2026.
This decision has not been made lightly. After careful consideration of a number of factors, we have concluded that we are no longer able to continue operating the practice. It has been a privilege to care for you and your family, and we are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us over the years.
Appointments: We will continue to provide care up until 31 March 2026. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible if you require an appointment before this date.
Ongoing Care: We strongly encourage you to arrange ongoing medical care with another general practice provider as soon as possible to ensure continuity of care.
Medical Records: Your medical records will be securely stored in accordance with legal requirements.
